Title: Two cities where you least expected
Summary: Two "drabbles" set in the F!V
Disclaimer: None of the characters are mine. I was browsing around and I came upon the list of places named Chicago and one of them was Chicago, Western Cape, South Africa. Cue me laughing my ass off so I clicked on it and it turns out said city is actually Pearl in English so I dunno if Chicago was its old name ad they changed it or something. Doesn't appear to be a district either, I looked but it was too damn funny to pass up as it was begging for a fic.. If anyone knows what the deal is, feel free to tell me. I always like to learn :)

Chicago, South Africa
Critic and Nerd was walking around aimlessly around the city of Pearl, where Critic and his family used to live before his parents were killed by Ask That Guy and moving to the US. The convention that they were invited to had ended a day early so the two reviewers had a day off.
The Critic decided to show his husband all the places in his old hometown, currently they were on the outskirts of town when Critic noticed the “Welcome To....” sign that most cities seemed to have.
“Oh you’ll get a fucking laugh at this, you know what this place used to be called?” Critic asked pointing to the name on the sign,
“Not a clue shitfuck,”
“I’ll give you a fucking hint....I sure hope we don’t get blown out of Illinois,”
The Nerd though for a second before spitting out his drink, laughing, “It used to be called Chicago!.” He burst out laughing “....you fucking serious!?!” Nerd asked, while laughing so hard, he was bending over.
Critic had started laughing his ass off too as he nodded, “I’m not fucking kidding! Hahahahahaha.....oh wait...got an idea.... I’m gonna call Chick,” Critic stated as he got out his cellphone. The Nerd was still laughing as he watch Critic dialed the number.
“Hello, guess where I’m at you bastard!” Critic said into the phone, still all giddy.
“You with your screwbuddy in South Africa. Why would I fucking care?”
“Well guess the fucking city you dipshit!”
Chick rolled her eyes before replying, “I don’t know, Johannes....”
“Chicago!” Critic yelled into the phone before laughing some more, “We’re in Chicago....South Afica!”
“Oh really? Like I give a crap you idiot,” Chick said, before hanging up. Critic was laughing so hard that he didn’t noticed her hanging up.
“Oh she hung up,”
“Call the fucking twins, they’ll get a kick out of it!”
Critic then dialed the number and Insano had picked it up. The scientist was currently in front of the computer watching Spoony play Wolverine.
“Hello this is Dr. Insano,”
“Guess where in South goddamn Africa me and the fucking Nerd are at!” Critic yelled into the phone, causing Insano to laugh.
“Um Cape...Cod? That what Spoony just guessed,”
“Tell him he’s a fucking moron. Anyway no, we’re in fucking Chicago!” Critic’s laughter was loud enough for the twins to hear him and it caused both of them to burst out laughing.
“Seriously? There a fucking town with the same name as the fucking Windy City?” Spoony asked, in mild disbelief after Insano had quickly put the pnone on speaker,
“....wait a fucking goodamn minute Critic! That was the name before it got changed to Pearl you dumbass! I just looked up it up!” Spoony shouted into the phone as Critic was still giggling. Apparently while Insano was laughing, Spoony had quickly googled it.
“Wait I have a brilliant idea! Critic does Linkara know you used to live there?” Insano had pushed Spoony to the side as he asked the question, while being all giddy.
The Critic and Nerd had since walked up closer to the sign and pretty much just around the area not caring what the drivers on the road though of the sight.
“I think so.”
“Wait...wait Linkara just IM’d me! Spoony yelled, as Insano looked at the screen.
Sure fucking enough Linkara had just asked Spoony to remind him where was Critic living before moving to America.
“He says he wants to know for a joke he’s doing!”
“Oh, tell him Chicago...tell him fucking Chicago!” Critic yelled, having guessed what Insano’s idea was.
“.....that is fucking Chicago in fucking Western Cape in goddamn South Africa,” Nerd finished for Critic as said man was now on his knees laughing his ass off.
“Ok just told him....” Spoony then said.
A few seconds later, there was a reply back, “Linkara replied back! He said thanks,” Insano stared at the screen for a second, “....that hero wannabee from the Bullshit State so gullible is he?” Insano added causing all of them to crack up.
2 days later Spoony had gotten an email from Linkara which just simply said, “I am going to kill you all.”
Johannesburg, California
“Tell me why the fucking hell are we at a fucking small town in Death fucking Valley? Spoony asked one summer day.
He, Insano, Critic and Nerd had traveled up to the small city during a roadtrip they all decided to take.
“So me and Critic can do the ballsest thing since taking over Kickassia!” Insano stated punching his fist in the air, causing the Nerd to chuckle.
“Which is what fuckshit?”
“You know how this town is named Johannesburg?” Critic said, holding a box while looking at the small group, “...well me and Insano though it would be fucking hilarious to change the flag at the flagpole,”
“So lets go! For Science!” Insano declared as he and Critic started waling towards the pole. Spoony and Nerd were following them.
“I have to admit, some of my brother’s plans are pretty fucking funny,” Spoony said as the Nerd nodded.
“Ok, Spoony, Insano you help me, Nerd can you film it? Critic asked, as they all got to the spot.
“Wait won’t anyone see us?” Spoony asked, Insano just looked at him.
“Don’t worry we won’t get caught,”
“Why the hell am I still worried?” Spoony was glaring at his twin.
“Because you’re a overly-paranoid worrywort,”
“Hey!”
“Relax, I brought my teleporter. We’ll be back in Mesa before someone notices us,” assured Insano, as he handed the Nerd the video camera he was using at the place they were at before going to the small town.
The Nerd then turned the camera on as Spoony, Insano and Critic went to try and figure out how to get the American flag down. After a couple of minutes of them fumbling and bantering back and fourth, Spoony and Critic then got the flag down.
“How do you guys fold the American flag again?” Critic asked, after getting the flag unhooked.
“Um...the triangle way I think...”
Spoony and Critic started folding the flag up as best they could as Insano got the South African one out of the box Critic was holding earlier. He kept a lookout until the others were down.
“Pretty colors....reminds me of that acid trip me and Spoony were on last week!” Insano exclaimed, holding one end of the flag while Critic was unfolding it.
What Insano said had caused all of them to laugh.
“Yeah...I think I’m still feeling the effects of that,” Spoony added.
“What the hell did you two take?” Critic asked,
“Insano’s special brand,” The gamer said. Critic glanced at the flag before looking up at Insano.
“I have to try some then,” Critic bantered while Insano just smiled.
A few second later, Spoony told Insano to get the teleporter ready as he and Critic were hoisting the flag up.
“Did you get it all shitfart?” Critic asked the Nerd, when they were finished.
“Yep,”
All four then took a minute to look at what they just did.
“We’re going to be mauled to death and ripped through hell and back if we get caught....aren’t we?” Spoony said.
“Yep, but then again it wouldn’t be us to not pull shit like this.” Critic stated.
“I agree, and posting the video onto Youtube is gonna be even more ballsy,” Insano added as the Nerd agreed,
Insano then picked up the box as they all disappeared to the twins home in Arizona a minute later.
A week later, the video was quickly becoming the most viewed video on Insano’s sockpuppet account.
